What to check in your Morocco tour quote

A practical checklist for comparing transport, rooms, meals, visits and booking terms in a tailor-made Morocco travel proposal.
Compare the same services
Compare tour proposals by their written inclusions as well as their total price. Check that each proposal covers the same dates, number of travellers, room arrangements and route before deciding which is suitable.
Keep a copy of the itinerary and the service list together. If you request changes, ask for the revised total and updated inclusions before confirming.
Transport and accommodation
Ask which vehicle is proposed and whether it has enough space for your passengers and luggage. Give the team details of large suitcases or equipment when requesting group transport.
For overnight tours, check the hotel or riad arrangements and room types. If the route includes a desert stay, confirm the camp and facilities in the proposal. A day excursion needs a different service list from a multi-day circuit.
Meals, visits and optional activities
Check meals one by one rather than assuming they are all included. Ask whether drinks, entrance fees and local guiding are covered. Optional activities should be clearly separated from the agreed programme.
Share dietary preferences and any accessibility requirements early, then ask what can be confirmed. A request is not the same as a confirmed arrangement.
Dates, changes and confirmation
Request the payment schedule, cancellation conditions and procedure for changing the itinerary. Check who to contact during the trip and keep those details with your confirmation.
RANA’s quote form lets you specify your arrival city, dates, group, rooms and interests. Add unresolved questions in the special-requests field so the team can address them in its reply.
