These terms explain how to request and review a RANA Morocco Tours travel proposal. RANA Morocco Tours is based at Atlas Golf Chrifia, Marrakech 40025, Morocco. The itinerary, inclusions, price and booking conditions sent to you in writing for your trip provide the specific details of your booking.
2. Quotes and availability
A website itinerary is an example and may be customised. Requesting a quote does not reserve a place or confirm any service. Dates, accommodation, guides, vehicles and activities depend on availability. Review the written proposal for your travel dates before accepting it.
3. Booking and payment
Your written proposal or booking confirmation should state the total price, currency, included services, payment method, any deposit, the balance due and payment dates. Confirm these details with RANA before paying. Please keep a copy of the agreed itinerary and payment record.
4. Changes and cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel a trip, contact RANA as soon as possible. The cancellation conditions, possible charges and refund arrangements that apply to your trip should be provided with your written booking proposal or confirmation. Supplier conditions and the timing of a request may affect the options available. Ask for any revised price and itinerary in writing before agreeing to a change.
5. Travel documents and personal requirements
Travellers should check the entry documents and travel requirements applicable to their nationality, route and travel dates with the appropriate official authorities. Tell RANA about mobility needs, dietary requests and other important requirements when requesting a proposal so the team can check what can be arranged. Requests are confirmed only when included in the agreed plan.
6. Activities and travel insurance
The itinerary should identify any included activities and optional services. Ask about practical requirements for activities before booking. Consider insurance appropriate to your travel plans, including medical care, interruption and cancellation cover; read the policy wording to understand its exclusions and limits.
7. During the journey
Travel plans may need to change because of weather, road conditions, availability or other circumstances affecting a service. Contact the RANA team promptly if an issue arises so they can discuss the available options and keep you informed of any proposed changes.
